From the Cell picture show, a movie to cap what has turned out to be mitosis week. Here, live human fibroblasts are imaged every 15 minutes.  Fluorescent tags are fused to different regulators of division such that cell nuclei progress from red to yellow to green as the cells prepare to divide.  Fibroblasts are short-lived, and thus their frenzy of division proceeds unabated as you read this.
